Being a family owned and managed business, Chitale Bandhu Mithaiwale has evolved and developed through the sheer grit, determination and efforts of four generations of the Chitale family.

Inspired by the patriarch of the Group, Shri. B. G. Chitale, promoted and established by Shri. R. B. Chitale, expanded and modernized by his brother Shri. N. B. Chitale, the business now is being ably and efficiently managed by Shri. Madhav, Shri. Shrikrushna, Shri. Sanjay and Shri. Kedar Chitale, who form the third and the fourth generations. These four look after the production and marketing functions amongst themselves. An able and wise guidance and advice is provided by Shri. R. B. and Shri. N. B. Chitale.
